Eligibility is managed from the current application settings and programme rules. We don't filter by current GPA, family income, or English-test scores at the eligibility stage - those are reviewed in context.

Yes, free - at every stage. No application fee, no review fee, no platform charge.
/ 03Can I apply to more than one programme in the same cycle?
One unified application is automatically matched against every fellowship you qualify for. The number of ranked choices is controlled from the admin application settings for the current cycle.
